Good question,

I'm thinking about veal an option. I picked
ossobuco milanese - braised baby veal shank served w/rice pilaf

I think enough people eat veal that you can have it as a choice.

They both sound great, but I LOVE asiago cheese, so I go for that one!!! YUM

wow i never would have thought this about veal. veal is delicious. i wouldn't pick it as my only entree option but i'd 100% serve it during CH.

i would pick ossubucio (sp???) only because it sounds nice with the pilaf??

I have never had veal in my life so I don't know if it tastes good!

I don't eat veal. It always makes me think of that southpark episode with the baby cows and the big puppy dog eyes.
