Did you consider them while making your menu choices? We have quite a few of vegetarians attending our wedding .But the most I did was a few different salads. Is there something else I can or should add?

Our RH lets us pick 5 different entrees so we just made a veggie option one of them. Ask your RH you have to pick a veggie option or if they will accept one off orders from guests.

I have 9 entree choices for our guests and one of them is a vegetarian meal...Theres also a pasta meal
Plus there will be some foods during cocktail hour they can eat too

There is a vegetarian option included in our menu. I think its like a stuffed baked tomato or something of the sort.
Maybe ask your hall if they just have one that they can do upon request. That way you don't have to change your menu. For example if there are only five vegetarians, they should be able to make those five plates for your guests, no problem, at no extra charge.

I only have a hand-ful of vegetarians for my wedding and the RH said they take that into account with the menu. They will have a vegetarian dish available on request for guests who are vegetarian (usually something seasonal).
So, if you speak to your RH they can tell you the options you have as far as that is concerned.

Yes, I am considering the option. I know I have one couple who are pretty strict about their diet. I am letting the caterers guide me on choices.

You can ask to have one of you menu entree choice a vergetarian dish or like Nina pointed out ask if you can get 5 Vegetarian Dishes prepared as nto not take away from your menu choices for the remainder of your guests.

in our CH we have 6 stations im sure there will be something to accomadate and we have 9 entrees to choose from ill make one vegan

The Sandcastle offers a vergatrian plate ,, Its on their menu ,, All veggies Grilled Vegetable Platter Portobello, Tri Color Peppers, and Eggplant Marinated and Grilled over Open Flame

My sister is a vegetarian so we have to make sure there is something very good. For the CH there will be all sorts of veggies, sushi, cheeses, eggplant rollatini,pasta station, shrimp, along with all the other food. The vegetarian entree is a dish of: grilled vegetabes, sesame tofu, tabouli, and potato.
My sister says she is sick of just getting pasta at weddings so I am happy that they offer such a great dish. (Plus, they can always choose the fish!) ETA: The vegetarian dish is permanatly on the menu so we don't have to forgo another dish we like in lieu of the vegetarian dish.

definitely make SURE you talk to your RH about it ahead of time. A friend's RH told her that there would be a vegetarian option but didn't tell her what it was and a guest at the table i was sitting at ordered it and it turned out to be an totally unappetizing plate of steamed veggies (basically the same veggies from the other entrees but just more of them)
