Veil - keep on or take off

What are your veil plans? Keep it on or take it off for the reception?

I will definitely keep it on for the first dance... And then I'll just see how I feel... If it's in my face and bothering me, I'll take it off

i'm keeping mine on. Mainly for the fact that my gown is strapless, and i'm so self-conscious about my arms, it's a security thing!

Bought a veil, but my BMs left it in my suite. We had their fellas retrieve it and bring it to the RH before ceremony, however, while DH and I were taking pics, no one brought it to me or told me it was there. I walked down without a veil...didn't even miss it.

I got a detachable cathedral length..so after the ceremony and pictures, I'm going to take that off and just have the fingertip veil.

1st thing that I did after the ceremony is rip it out LOL
it was annoying the hell out of me, eventho I kinda liked the way I looked in it in the end

I'm wearing a mantilla style veil so after my first dance I'll probably take it off. It'll probably be too heavy to wear for the entire reception with all that lace and beading.

i took my veil off after pics at church cuz it was cathedral length... no need to be draggin a veil that long around

I kept it on for about an hour into the reception, but with all the dancing I was getting too hot with it on and took it off

My veil annoyed the crap out of me. It was sooo beautiful but I couldn't wait to take it off.

I plan on keeping it on. I bought an elblow length one for the reception.

I'll probably end up taking it off...its a cage veil, so I don't want it covering my face the whole reception.
