veil over or under

Should know this by now.....i am having an up-do a pretty involved one, i am afraid my veil over it will ruin it! but i dont love the look when the veil is behind....any opinions/suggestsion?

I would be interested to hear the answer to this one. I still dont know how I am going to do my hair, I dont even have someone to do my hair

It depends on the kind of veil you have and the hairstyle...do you have pics?

I put my veil over but I used a cage veil which is transparent and has no poofiness.

Do you plan on keeping your veil on all night? If you do then you should use one that goes under so everyone can see your hairstyle but if you plan on taking it off then I would go for a veil that goes on top. The veils can be so light that I wouldn't worry about ruining your hair. I personally love the way the veil looks on top, I don't like it on the bottom.
