vendor meals

I was just wondering what did or are you doing for meals for your vendors? Did you order themeals through the catering hall or did you bring something in for them?

JT does not allow outside beverage or food so our vendors will be ordering from our menu. Vendors as well as kids they receive a discounted price.

I think I pay 1/2 price for vendors and they eat what we eat.

We are using all in house vendors so there is no charge for them.

They were included in out final head count...we paid half price for them to eat. I would offer it to them-some may not take it

My RH said if we meet our minimum we would pay 1/2 price for vendor meals.

We pay 1/2 price for vendors at Miller Place Inn.

The Woodlands gave us vendor meals at half price, and if they were a house vendor the meals were free, which I wish I would've thought more about when booking, haha! We didn't use a single house vendor aside from the limos and florist, who don't eat, argh!!

What do you mean by outside food? I never heard of a place allowing that at all. We fed all of our vendors what our guest per plate, it was a special price from the catering hall for vendors and kids, same price for either.
