Vendor Rave

Well as you all know, my wedding was changed to a DW so i had to cancel my vendors...i am expecting to lose money from the photographer b/c the contract says no refunds...im soooo pleased with the florist though, i knew i was getting my money back because her cancellation policy is very good, but she mailed me back my deposit within 1 week of me mailing my cancellation!and she wrote a note saying shes sorry she couldnt share in our special day but they wish us all love, happiness,and health in our lives....
i just found it to be sooo sweet and professional, i mean the deposit was given back extremely fast, and her note really was very heartwarming..its nice to have a vendor be more about the couple than the money...

so hats off to DESIGNS BY ROSE!!!in all honesty they were my favorite vendor and i am very sad that i will not use them for my day, but hope to use them in the future!!
