I had to share this story with you ladies.
Some of you know how long and hard to dress process has been for me. I need to tell you about how amazing Lillette's was for me and specifically about my consultant Joan.
I went there last Sunday after being everywhere. First of all I got there a half hour early and they took me right in which was awesome! Joan was such a delight to work with, she did not pressure me, gave her opinion where it was needed and really helped me go through the process. I found a dress that was PERFECT! I wanted to say yes right there but also wanted to sleep on it so I told her I would come back this week.
When I called to make the appt for Thursday night and said I'd like to meet with Joan, they said she wouldn't be in because of the holiday. I was bummed but totally understood.
I walk in last night and who is standing there behind the counter? Joan!! She came around and gave me a huge hug and said she wouldn't miss being here for me to 'say yes'. She said to my Mom that they called her to tell her I was coming in to get the dress and she purposely ate her holiday dinner early and came in for my appointment. I was so surprised and so touched! She is such a sweetheart!
She has made this experience exactly how it should be and I couldn't be happier with the dress experience at Lillette's and Joan, I suggest if you're still looking go see Joan at Lillette's!
