vendor rave- thomas knoell
now i have to match my negative review with a positive one to get my balance back.
when i went for my gown fitting, i had all my thomas knoell jewelrey with me- earrings, bracelet and hairstick. the metal of the bracelet looked a little dark for the entire look. so afterwards, i called them and had a long conversation with the production manager. she explained to me how the process works and how it would be very difficult to fix it. since their jewelery is all custom, its non refundable, so i would have to buy another bracelet if i was unhappy with the current.
she suggested i bring the bracelet in anyway so she could see it. my mom brought it in and she suggested a different way to fix it! it will change the design a tiny bit but it will brighten up the look. i cant wait to see it! they have been a pleasure to work with.
