Vendor tipping

I am trying to determine how much extra cash we need to tip vendors on our wedding day and who gets tipped. What is the standard and what are you planning? If you don't feel comfortable providing a dollar amount, just give as % of your vendor cost. Thank you!

Venue: gratuity is not included, but they also said is not expected. So do I tip each of the wait staff or just our Maître D?
Photographer: ?
Limo: company says it's not required, but should I?
Dj: ?
Who else?

This thread can give you a good idea of what to tip who. Some vary based on what you're doing. Like I'm not tipping the priest because they're already charging us an arm and a leg to get married there. But I'll probably give something to the altar boys because their moms made them do it lol. Use your judgement and give what you can afford. Also, if you're not sure about waitstaff and stuff, I'd ask your banquet manager.

THIS! Our venue also provided us a little cheat sheet of who to tip and what in our venue. Like the maitre'd gets between $3-$5, and bridal attendants get $100 each etc. Def as rcotter said, check this site around. A lot of ladies here were very helpful on the whole tipping situation, and some shared what they did here :
