Vent
I am an 08 bride posting under this screen name to avoid any drama that may come from this post relating to vendors.
I just needed to get this off my chest and had no where else to go.
My gown was supposed to be here back in December. After a little research it turns out my gown takes an average of 5-9 months to come in. This means it would be here in January. However, I was not told this, so i have been freaking out for a month due to incorrect information.
My bridesmaid dresses, ordered from the same salon, were supposed to be here the first or second week of january... they will not be SHIPPING until the last week of February. without giving myself away, i can't tell you the date i need them by, but rest assured that the end of February does not give me enough time for the girls to have them altered, especially since one girl is from OOT.
My church won't return any of our calls, so we have not set up a rehearsal date which means no rehearsal dinner either. I don't even know if i'm being married by a priest or a deacon so I can't finalize my choices for the ceremony since I might not be able to have a Mass.
Since my gown is not here yet, I have not ordered a veil or slip yet... I am running out of time.
the hotel we are trying to block rooms at will not return our calls and we need to make changes to our contract before we sign it. they are the only rooms left in a 10 mile radius from our RH. we're going to lose out on them, i just know it.

Those of you who've figured out who i am, please don't say it on the boards, i don't need my vendors to be pissed at me, i'm terrified that i won't get my gown if i cause trouble for them.
