I love my girls... But I can tell I'm going to have a hard time getting stuff from them... I asked them to submit their deposit for their dress 2 weeks ago to my maid of honor andon the actual day none of the money was received.. 2 girls still have given their money... I'm trying to not act like a bridezilla... but what if they continue to do it...

If you don't feel comfortable approaching them about the money, ask your MOH to do it... that is what she is there for. This shouldn't be a stressful time and your girls shouldn't be added stress... Maybe send out a friendly email... if nothing comes of it, get your MOH on their ***'!!!

give them a deadline and if they dont have hte money by then they cant be in the wedding
unless they explain some financial hardship or something.
its not being mean, it is being practical - you have to order by a certain date to get them in time
that being said. . . you still have PLENTY of time!

Don't worry you still have some time. I am just asking my BM now for them to get measured and put in the deposit. But if they still continue to not do it you might have to push them a little. I know its hard but try to explain to them why they need to do it now. Hopefully they won't continue to do this. They might not understand things need to be done at by a certain time.

Yeah I do have time.. so thats why I'm glad I started early... It's just frustrating that's all... I just really hope they don't continue to do this...
