Your budget is definitely not unrealistic. You can find a nice place for less then that price depending on the day and time of year. A lot of the girls already mentioned halls that could meet the price you are looking for. Just take your time and you'll find the right one.

All should be in your price range that time of year.

Stewart manor was charging in the high $70's range for a sat night in April or May 2010.

I am paying $78pp and that is with tax and gratuity for a November wedding. Though mine in on a Sunday....your wedding would be held in January and that is a real off season month so it would most likely be around the same price for a sat night in jan. I am having my reception at the meadow club in port jeff

also anthony mathew caterers at mill pond in medford has winter month menus that start at like 59.95 pp. Its a golf course but they have a nice room there too. check it out

I'm getting married at Douglaston...I think if you pick their package you may be in the price range you are looking for. Also if you want April they may be able to work with your budget.
