Would anyone mind sharing venue quotes for a friend of mine?
She is interested in getting married during the Winter January - March on a Friday night and would like a Mansion feel.
Her top choices were: Bourne Mansion Woodlands DeServesky Coindre Hall
Any other recs are appreciated :)

De Seversky was alot- I believe it was over 200 when the service and tax were factored in, but it is really beautiful. If she or her FH are alumni of NYIT they get a discount though

It was $150 when I looked, but my FH went to NYIT so we got the discount. But you have to pay a $5000 exclusivity fee to use the place.

Bourne was ridiculously priced too. Like 150-175 and a site fee.

site fee for bourne was $5000 in season and something like $140 per person.
deseversky site fee is $2500 in most seasons. ranges from $200+pp in October ... was $165pp in december. in that range.
the woodlands was $180 pp with a high (i thought) minimum of ~130-140 in october.

Thanks everyone! It looks like prices have risen a lot since my planning days (as I suspected). When I looked at the woodlands for Friday night in June I was quoted 105pp ++! I will def suggest the Royalton to her too!! :)

I went there not too long ago its amazing place.I quoted 85 + tax and service fee. and 700 site fee. my quote was for 130pp.
