Verdi's of Westbury

I am so confused. I am trying to keep my costs down but yet I want a may wedding. Anyone been to Verdi's of Westbury or the Mediterranean Manor in Patchogue?

I went to a big engagement party at Verdi's and it was really nice... so much food at the cocktail hour and dinner was really good.. I liked it

I'm going to Verdi in June for a communion. My girlfriend who is having the party their has been their before, and has nothing but good things to say about it.

i had my engagement party at verdi's. It was a buffet but the food and service were great. The only thing I would inquire about is the room you are getting. Let thme know you want that room and that's final. We booked one room and the day before they told us the wedding in the next room had more people then orginally discussed so they switched our room so my linens clashed a bit but it was still a great party.

I live a block away from there also. The place is defiantly always busy. I would check it out

You should do a search there was an 05 Bride who got married there.
I have been there for a few dinners the food is good. I did not like the service so much. (Just my opinion)
You should also check of Stewart Manor Country Club. They had good prices and are beautiful in May.

Verdi Review

I went to check this place out and did not like it. It was way to busy for me. After researching other places I felt like if I had picked Verdi's I would not have gotten half the stuff I am getting now.
So please keep looking and be flexible with your date and time of day and you can find something really nice.

I went to two Sweet Sixteen's at Verdi's and they were ok. I'm not too sure if you would want to have a wedding there, even if it's on the smaller side.

Nina is right, Villa Russo is great. You might also want to check out Sans Souci which is in Sea Cliff on the North Shore of LI, Nassau County. It is great for smaller weddings. The food is very good and the setting is on the LI Sound, very charming and elegant. Check out www.sanssouci.com

Hope this helps and best of luck

Thanks for everyones help. I went looking around at 4 different places and checked different times and ended up going with the sand castle. It is so beautiful and I got a very similar price to what the lower end caterers were offering me.
