Anyone else having trouble with service? When I try to dial out I'm getting a message to call their 800 number from a landline. WTH?
And it says 'due to techincal difficulties'. I just paid my bill in full, so I know it's not that.

I've had my phone shut off before... usually you can at least get customer service on the phone from your cell in order to pay the bill. This was telling me 'Due to technical difficulties, please call Verizon Wireless at 800... from a landline. Thank you'
