Very disappointed rant!!!!!

I really want my brothers kids to be a part of my wedding. But he's being a pain in the butt!!!
Been asking him for over 2 mos to bring my niece to the shop. ill come with them and he still hasn't. We will set a date and then something always seems to come up. So yet again this coming Saturday we supposed to meet up and he texts me saying, she's a size just order it, I tried explaining sizes differ in dress land. And my FH niece a 10 and she's much bigger (so I know a 7 won't fit!) I finally said here is the number call and order the dress and he better do it soon cause they'll charge rush shipping and its 70.00. I know they will charge rush (wedding in march) but I didnt want to bring it up too.
I really want them to be a part of my special day, but I fear he will not step up. I have a FG already and she already ordered her dress.
My brother runs away from conflict so if I approach him with my frustration he will just run away and I risk him and his two kids not being in my wedding.
Side note he did this for my sisters wedding too and she ordered a random dress and it didnt fit at all. Go figure hes the oldest 43!!!

That stinks! I mean I know that people have lives outside of your (and my) wedding planning but when they agree to be in your BP, they agree (not to have a free schedule) but to do what they need to do in a timely manner. Hmm I wonder what his deal is. You say he did this for your sister's wedding too so it's not a personal afront to you for some reason. idk I wish you didn't have to deal with it. Hoping it gets better!
