I am close to crying but I am holding my tears....
After me being so happy cuz we finally got a date.... I just think now we cant do it....
We cant have a Nice reception Hall.....
Wedding Packages are so cheap... $11,000 with almost everything included....
Then I added honeymoon, dress, tux, video/photo for ceremony, Church, extra decorations,.... It all came out around $20,000......
We cant do that...
I am losing now....
THIS SUCKS.... I WANNA HAVE THE WEDDING I WANTED.... I WANNA HAVE A NICE WEDDING IN A RH... I WANT TO BE IN SUCH A BEAUTIFUL PLACE FOR MY WEDDING... and It will NOT happen....
We can't afford that....
God, please help us....

So sorry! I completely understand! I'm unemployed and FH and I have a mortgage to pay each month. I don't know how this is going to happen, but I am determined! If you want it bad enough just keep your head up and find a way!!! There are a lot of ways to make it beautiful without spending a fortune. Good luck!

No, please do not be upset. There are alot of RH's that include the limo, decor and the photography / videography as part of their package. Did you try the Mediterrean Manor or the Brentwood Country Club? They include everything for about 10k. As far as tuxes, the groomsmen pay for their own tuxes and many times the grooms get their tux rental for free. You can still have a very nice wedding, without busting your budget.

Thanks... We even decided to hold on our house dream to get a nice wedding but... thats a lot of money..... I am not sure if i should 'fight' with Fh and be like 'OH WELL I WILL ONLY GET MARRIED ONCE IN A LIFE TIME SO I DONT CARE IF WE PAY $22,000' ..... or be 'accept it' and have something I dont want/never dream off....

Ohhhhh no. :( im so sorry you're so upset. I totally understand that its so financially difficult!! We're stuggling too with 2 kids to support. We're paying for everything little bits at a time which is helping cash flow wise. We're also doing everything for as cheap as possible and evrything we can DIY we are. You can fm me if you wanna talk about some ideas etc. Also, i found a florist that was very reasonably priced. If there is anyway I can help just let me know!!!!!

Aawwwww girl don't stress too much! You have time to look around and the best girls around to help you here on LIW!! Everyone can help you pull stuff together just wait and see!
Remember to look at days other than Saturday, we saved a bunch doing a Sunday, and remember you can negotiate negotiate negotiate!

When I went to visit the Brentwood County Club, I believe I was told that the photographer / videographer would go to any ceremony location. You can also enjoy a very nice inexpenive honeymoon. Don't lose faith, keep researching and ask the girls here for advice they are awesome.

honestly i think a wedding should be ablout the couples love for each other. IF you can get your 'dream' out of your head for a seond and realize that all said and done it will be beautiful and your dream wedding no matter how far from your original 'dream' it is. For example I always wanted an intimate church wedding with a backyard reception. Yeah, FH is Italian so I'm getting much much different. Don't get me wrong I am still a little upset over the no church thing but I'm working through it and i know the day will be amazing anyhow!

Very true! You can also not plan one till after the wedding. That way you can take the money you get back from your guests and book one for later on a few months down the road!

mmm... Ok... I will check that... well we will have around 60-75 guest.... (If everyone shows up).... I wish we coudl have friends though... thats the messed up part of coming to the USA when u are like 15-17yrs old... U dont get to do friends anymore... bc by the time u learn english, u are out of school....
