My engagement was 17 months and i was definitely hurt that my friends or wedding party didn't seem too excited or helpful.
trust me, it's because it IS far away! Once 2011 hit, people were SO excited and supportive! They have stepped up and everyone is getting very excited!
It's hard for other people to be excited for like morethan a YEAR straight, KWIM? Even if it is for a loved one

I feel the same way. I don't blame my BP at all for not doing anything yet because its far away. It also doesn't help that both of my MOH's are pregnant so I'm thinking of them too and the special stuff they are going through.
Honestly brides we just need to hang out with other brides. We are the only ones that constantly think about the wedding. I'm assuming that's why there are constant G2G's though I have not been to one yet.

It's true! We brides have to stick together! Even FH gets sick of hearing about it, but that's what LIW is here for!!

awww cheer up..sometimes your girls might not say anything because they don't want to step on toes or feel like they are overstepping boundaries..maybe let them know some things you would like feedback on or help with...and you always have us girls on the site for support too

Dont worry!!! I dont think everyone knows everyone coming to their wedding ...just take a deep breath and remember its who your marrying not how your getting married thats important!!...I think its good to just make a decision and stick with it and never look back! That might help you in your decision making process.. Im so sorry your going through this
