get this. my dh and i tried to get new cells on monday and he had to fill out a form with his ss#. well it wasnt going thru? he realized afew years ago there ws a problem with and the last number was different on an application for something. well it gets worse. he gives the guy helping us the other # and that oes thru? ok, well we are having a prob with our home phone and when i check the bill online to request a service call. well, our home phone is under the wrong # too. then this afternoon his mom gave me a letter she found dated 1994. It was addressed to dh older brother. one letter has dh's name with the weong #. turns out the number is his brothers. i am not sure how we are going to untangle this.

FH had to use his ss# and it turned out some woman in another state had been using it for years.

something like that happened to my uncle in florida - someone in texas had the same name & SS#. I dont know how he got it straightened out though. Good luck!
