My friend got married last Sunday and picked up her unedited video. She watched it yesterday and saw that the video guy didn't tape her leaving the house or arriving at Flowerfields. One minute she is in her house, the next at the cottage. She is so mad. She called to complain and they told her, I'm sure someone took pics of you getting in or out of the limo. She said, umm no because all of us were in the limo before she got in, and got out after her. They didn't even get her husband arriving at Flowerfields. Plus her unedited video was only 3 hours. I thought they were 5-6 hours. There are too many complaints to list, but please check with your videographer what exactly you want to be taped.

Re: Videography warning
That might not be ALL of the raw footage.
Sometimes videographers don't give every bit of footage.

Re: Videography warning
She called and they said they gave her everything. just make sure that day, that you have someone in charge of photos and video. Make sure you get everyting you want caught on tape.

Re: Videography warning
I think unedited video of 3-4 hours, assuming all the shots were achieved is pretty accurate with one photog. I mean an event is six hours and they are not filming every single moment. Great advice though, BE SPECIFIC.

Re: Videography warning
The videographer was with us from 2:00 - 12:30, and only filmed 3 hours. Let me say though, both her photographers were great. They got about 2,000 pics.

Re: Videography warning
I only got about two hours of raw footage and don't feel like anything was missing except what was our fault ... she couldn't find parking and DH didn't even realize she wasn't there and had the BP start down the aisle.
So we are missing my mom & Hershey (my dog) walking down the aisle, our nephew walking Max (our other dog) down the aisle & my MOH. She got there in time to get our nieces coming dow before me. So I also don't have footage of me coming out of the limo but I have good pictures.
