Hello ladies!! I'm booking my first appointments to view venues with my FH next Monday. I booked two and I want to visit 3-4 four venues but I don't know how much time I should allow ourselves in between bookings. We're going to the Swan Club at 1PM and Westbury Manor at 3, but I also want to go to Fox Hollow. Should I book Fox Hollow @ 2 or how long would it take.. This is such a learning curve! It's our first venue visits and we want to allow enough time but not over do it either! I don't know if we should just show up to some of the venues? I made appointments for two and called Fox Hollow and they told me someone would call back because the sales ppl who do appointments were both on the phone...

A lot of the places we wanted to look at were located near each other, so we made sure we made appointments for the paces close to one another on the same day, then we didn't need to schedule 2 hours in between for travel.
Also, I'd say the 45-60 minutes allocationf or the actual appointment is a good estimate and if you're concerned about being on time, give yourself 10-15 minutes of wiggle room.
I was late to one appointment and just called ahead to say we were running a few minutes late, no big deal.
3-4 appointments in one day is definitely doable though. Have fun!

if he said he isnt there I wouldnt waste my time going there. they will just tell you no one is here to answer your questions or give you pricing, it will be a waste of a trip

Thanks everybody! We just got news from my FH parents that they will be extremely generous to us and help cover a huge chunk of our wedding so we're actually considering other places and bigger rooms now. I'll keep everyone posted on how our long day of RH hunting goes!
