vineyard caterer brides!

hey all

i am getting married july 30th at vineyard caterers.

i just have a few questions.. i already paid my deposit (in jan) but this is the only contact i have had with them .. is this normal? i was told i would have to pay my second depsosit 60 days later but i never heard anything am i supposed to get in touch with them?

also do they give you a choice of linens and when do you go for your food /cake tastings?

It is normal to not have much contact with them yet. I've made three payments so far and that is the only contact I've had!

As far as I know...your tastings will be the month before your wedding. Wedding cake, I believe you have to go to the Bakery they use to taste the different flavors!

Linen colors, I think they will provide additional linen colors!

If I were you, I'd call and speak to Bill and ask him!
