visiting priests

I have heard that in order to amke a mariiage legal when you are having a priest from another state that you must get him approved or licensed. Does nayone know anything about this and how I go about doing this. Thanks

If it is at a church, the host church needs to give him delegation. For us, it was a simple phone call between priests.
