Maybe you are blowing this post out of proportion- you are the one that had the psycho reaction to it.
I am not going to defend myself here because this post had nothing to do with race issues, etc.. it just didn't, and most others agree with me- it was just an observation...

It's these types of post and bullsh!t that make this website suck.

But I'm not going to go runniing off with my tail between my legs because obviously you are a drama queen and need to stir everyone up.

I'm not defending or taking sides..seems to be sides to be taken here ...But I did hear on CNN that and these are THEIR WORDS NOT MINE...in certain areas people were SELLING their vote and they made reference to it being prominent in more black community's ...I think thats where this all stemmed from.

Just a guess based on what I heard.

It is not what you said it was how you said it. You can disagree all you want, but you can do it in a more productive manner.

I have spent most of the day watching the news and people being denied their right to vote is happening. It is not a matter of opinion it is a fact. Unfortunately, when it comes to politics I don't trust much of anything. That includes our rather flawed voting system.

and maybe you should relax and learn to take a joke.. obviously you are reading into what I posted and bringing your own political biases into my post.

Exactly. Well said. I vote because I want to exercise that right, but I don't necessarily trust the system to work the way it should. Some very shady stuff is happening in Ohio right now, for example.

Ohio has had some MAJOR issues. I don't get the whole provisional voting. If they don't count those votes for 11 days then why bother. The election is already decided.

Ok, ok , ok.
I rarely post anything politcal, BUT, I learned this today.

Accroding to the new provisional voting laws, everyone who is a NEW registrant & had registered by MAIL has to show ID. There was some discrepenacy over this & soem people thought all NEW voters should show ID. So obviously , there is confusion, which is why there is inconsistency in ID requirements.

I think it is a little dificult to pinpoint if ID is being enforced differently according to race.
