votive candle placecard holder...need major help

i would really like to do this and i read sonicstef's thread from a while ago about measuring the votive holders and making a model to work from and i really don't understand...im not crafty at all. i dont understand the vellum either. do i find 8 1/2 by 11 printer paper vellum and use that and cut it and how do i attach it to the candle.

i am very confused if anyone could help!!!!!!!!!!

I actually have a quick question . . . I've bought the votives and tea lights and now I just want to know what Kind of vellum paper to buy and where? Were yours done with white vellum jennbaby? Thanks sooo much
