The bad reviews of Flower Michele just keep coming and coming! E-n-K, an '07 bride, wrote in her 7/28 review that they didn't even deliver ANY FLOWERS to the church and that all the BoKs were wilted. AKA...MY NIGHTMARE!
Is anyone else in a total panic?

please! we dropped off a basket with petal cones for them to fill and bring to the church and they totally forgot! i called them from the church demanding that the bring it asap!
they were lucky b.c they were located about 5 min. away!
plus they forgot to put rose petals around my cps! and i get a call from john the day of the wedding confirming what i wanted in my bo-k.
he is the nicest guy but i think they are losing their touch b/c they are getting so big..

dont stress! Everyone has bad reviews and everyone has good reviews. you obv booked them for a reason! Just make sure to follow up oon everything and get it all in writing! Im sure they will come through for you!

No you're right - there are no florists with perfect reviews. Although, I think Pedestals has MOSTLY great reviews. So did FM until sooooo recently. I booked FM over Pedestals because I thought John was much more creative and helpful to a newbie like me who knows NOTHING about flowers than Marcella at Pedestals was.
Even pedastals doesn't have all perfect reviews! Non of them do. Def try not to worry about it and just ask them to come like 40 minutes earlier than you have them comming now if you are worried about the traffic. Im sure everything will be great!!

Just like everyone is saying, dont worry about it. We all know that Barbara left and that left John and others with extra responsibilites on their shoulders. We all know they do amazing work so you just have to have fath in them.
And rememebr like everyone said - not EVERY vendor has ALL positive reviews. Please dont let a couple of negative comments get you discouraged.
I wouldnt change FM because John is a great guy and I have seeen his work - it's awesome. YOU just have to make it clear and specific every exact detail to him. And again when you go to your appt, voice your concerns to him.
I'm booked at JT - so if John does make a mistake - I'll be running across the street like a crazy woman.

When I booked they said that I should come down around the six months till marker to get one done unless I had changes. I could always wait i mean its not a biggie but that is what i was told. Plus you need to give them another part of the deposit ( this is what I was told).

im sorry to worry you!! you know, don't go in with negative thoughts. That is the only thing bad about LIW, a few negative reviews and everyoen jumps deck. I heard a few bad reviews about a manager at jericho terrace and i was armed with negativity b.c of liw, come to find out this woman was such a sweetheart. i felt really bad.
FM does great work and they are very nice. Just be very organized and clear about what you want and go over everything with a fine tooth comb.
