Oh no Irene, I am so sorry!!!!!! It makes me so mad to think that there are people out there who think that way!!

Why would her FI be in your BP? Is he supposed to be your FH's best man simply bc he's your MOH's FI?? That makes no freakin' sense whatsoever!! His best man is supposed to be just that, his best man, it's natural for him to pick his bro and not your MOH's FI.

Well I'm glad you gave her a good kick to the curb in your life, you don't need people like that around!! Hope you're feeling better. Don't worry, 5 months is still plenty of time to get things going with someone who lives up to the honor of being MOH!!

I can't even freakin type right now!! I am so fuckin' pissed off! To make a long story short my MOH just dropped out because her fuckin' fiance was pissed off that he isn't in the bridal party!! He is not close to George at all! W T F would make him think he is in the bridal party???? He's pissed off that she would have been walking down the aisle with my brother instead of him! I basically ripped her a new assshole and told her to have a nice life.

NOT TO MENTION I've known this girl over 10 years and haven't ordered my BM dresses yet because of her!! I could kill someone right now...everything falls in my lap last minute.

You would think for once in a lifetime people could put their own selffishness aside for 1 fuckin' day!!

I had the same crap happen with one of my bridesmaids... my best friend since the 7th grade....screw them and let them bask in their misery...funny thing is that she came up with so many reasons and then when i asked her to come to my bachelorette party the same reason as urs came up

Wow, I am so sorry. I am MOH for my best friend from HS and my DH is not in the bridal party. I am walking down with the oldest brother of the groom (Best man). We are both married to other people and that is absolutely fine. What is wrong with her DF and really, he cannot sit in his seat for the hour or so alone. Wow, that is sad. I am so sorry you have to deal with this, but better now than in 6 months.

Holy crow! I am SO SORRY that this happened! What an incredibly CRAPPY friend she is! (and what an A-hole HE is!!). You are better off with her OUT of your life! Real friends don't do this to each other!

You girls really made me feel a lot better. It really helps to get an opinion and vent to people who understand. You're like my support group

Well she called me up and tried telling me that I shouldn't blame her FH and that she 'doesn't want to do that to him'. I passed by her house and basically told her everything I had to say about how I've always been there for her when she needed me and I've welcomed her back into my life with open arms whenever she would drop off the face of the earth for a year at a time. I reminded her that I was the one running around for her when she had her E-party (which she only told me 3 weeks ahead of time) without a thank you, nonetheless. But I sucked it up and kept my mouth shut at the time.

I told her this is the ONE time I ever asked her to do something for me. LITERALLY!, and she couldn't come through for me. The only think I asked her for was to stand at the alter for 40 freakin minutes without him. And then I said there's no reason for him to get mad..it's not like you're 'f****' the guy down the aisle. GOD FORGIVE ME!

I told her there's not much else to talk about and she should just stop calling me. I told her she'll understand when it's time for her to get married (they haven't set a date yet...probably a year or two). But I told her I guess it's better now than later and walked out.

She then called me up AGAIN 5 minutes later...telling me she wasn't out to hurt me and is sorry that I feel that way. It's like HELLOOOO! did you think I wasn't going to be????

Tricia...when I was tellling her all this she just sat there shitfaced. She wasn't arguing but I'm sure somewhere in that pea sized brain of hers she still thinks she's right.

Well...I guess that's the end of that story. In a way I'm relieved. But I'm just worried about having to find a replacement.
