@ 4:00!!!!!!!
Then closing is tomorrow, and another walk through is on Sunday, then we get the keys

i cant wait to see the pics before and after. i was in such a hurry to demo that i didnt take before the demo pics and i should have so make sure you take some. good luck

It was pretty good, considering the house.
1 cracked window, 2 that don't open, but we need new windows anyway, so now it looks like we are getting $300 credit. Its better than nothing right!
Then I saw 2 big bugs that looked like roaches. We have to call the exterminator about that. They didnt see any in their inspection.
There is a sprinkler system that we didn't even know was there! Thats a nice suprise. It works but needs new heads.
We have so much work to do!!! We have to remove all the wood paneling and put up sheetrock, change the floors, fix the stairs, and I want to remove a kitchen wall and put a countertop/island there.
It has a lot of potential but right now it is a disaster

I'm glad it went ok. All the work will be worth it in the end.
