Do you make the doughy squares, or use noodles? Do have a recipe you could post, using the crockpot? I really want chicken pot pie now!!!!!!!Mary MOB

Crockpot Chicken Pot Pie (From diet.com) (Serves 8)
Ingredients 16 oz uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breast 2 10-3/4 ounce can 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup 1 cup onion, finely diced 7.5 oz can small lower-fat biscuit (like Pillsbury buttermilk – with 2 grams of fat per serving or less) 3 cups frozen mixed vegetables
Instructions 1. Spray the inside of a large crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Place the chicken, soup and onion in a slow cooker, and fill with enough water to cover.
3. Cover the slow cooker, and cook for 4 to 6 hours on High or 7 to 8 on Low.
4. Tear each biscuit into 4 pieces. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in frozen mixed vegetable. Place the torn biscuit dough on top of the mixture.
5. Cook until the dough is no longer raw in the center. If you're cooking on High - it will take about 30 minutes.
NOTE: If you are cooking on low - you will need to raise the temperature to High and cook about 45-60 minutes.
Per Serving: 226 Calories; 3g Total Fat (13.8% calories from fat); 19g Protein; 30g Carbohydrate; 4g Dietary Fiber; 37mg Cholesterol; 592mg Sodium.
