Washington Redskins theme!

Yup, I know this is Jets / Giants territory, but the groom is from DC. It's going to be burgundy & gold, and my only rule is to go easy on the logos. After all, I still want our wedding to look elegant and not like a tail-gate party!

Table numbers will be hall of famer Redskin #s with football cards on the other side (gold tolsby frames). The cardbox will be decorated 'Redskin' and the escort cards will look like tickets from Fed-Ex field. The guests will be signing a Redskins banner. (I originally thought of a signing jersey, but that's going to be too difficult/expensive to frame, I think.)

Bridesmaids will be in burgundy carrying gold clutch purses. Maid and Matron of honor will be in cornflower yellow (the subtitute color for gold). Hoping I can find metalic burgundy purses for them... or maybe satin.

Any other ideas would be appreciated... more on the side of keeping it elegant. :)
