Watched my video last night!!
I just wanted to let you all know that if you are still looking for a videographer, by all means check out Premiere Video in Lindenhurst. John did a spectacular job. Our video is not only a beautiful reflection of our day, but was done really classy and sooo professionally. My husband and I were both thrilled with it. John was a pleasure to work with and the video is worth every penny! I can't wait to watch the 3 hours of raw footage....

That is great
I have heard that when you watch your video you see tons of stuff that you missed? Any advise for us brides-to-be. Tips about our video, stuff to make sure we include?

That is great
You do see so much fun stuff! Some of the day is a blur after it is all said and done so it is nice to be able to look back at everything. What I really want to watch is the raw footage to see all the things I may have missed, but I need to do that this weekend when I can dedicate 3 hours! My only advice to you is to just relax and have a great day. You can see on the video how much my husband and I enjoyed our wedding day. A good videographer will really catch the mood of the day without you having to worry about anything. My piece of advice has less to do with the video itself, but I thought of it when I was watching. There was this clip of the bridal party amusing themselves by blowing some of the bubbles we had at the church while my husband and I were posing for pictures. There are so many fun things that go on among your bridal party that you may miss while you are getting your pictures taken, and in the limos, etc. and we all wished that someone in the BP had carried a camera to capture those moments - the really natural, casual fun everyone was having. I would recommend that highly. Again, the best advice would be to just relax and enjoy this day that you are putting so much effort into. Promise each other that you will remember that the day is about you as a couple and to let nothing bother you! Good Luck in your planning!

I am new to this site and it is great! I am getting married next summer on LI, but I live in Albany, so it is very hard organizing the wedding. We are starting to look at videographers, and I was wondering how long your video is. They seem to range quite a bit in length, and I don't know what an appropriate length would be. Any advice would be useful. Thanks. Carrie

Our finished version is only 45 minutes. We were given the option to make it longer, but I think this is the perfect length, since there is not too much time to get 'bored'. Not that you would, but I know a lot of people dread watching other peoples videos and you end up fast forwarding through a lot of it. This solved that problem. It was just enough. Plus we do have the raw footage so anytime we want to watch 3 hours worth of our wedding we can!Welcome New Vendors
