Is this possible?? I fell in love with the look of a waterfall veil with my dress. I originally planned on wearing my hair down, but now I'm thinking up or half-up/half-down. Can I still do a waterfall-type veil??

It's cool because you can wear the veil all night, and when you take it off....nice hair!

Are you using a tiara with it? I was thinking of wearing a tiara and just leaving that on for the reception. But I'm not sure how that will look with an updo. I go back and forth all the time with this.

It's a veil that sits on top of your head, as opposed to attaching to the back of your head.

I'm wearing a tiara...here it is.
I just hate the feeling of my hair getting caught up in the veil.
I totally think you can wear an updo with a waterfall veil. I wore my hair up with my waterfall veil. I just didn't wear the bun part too high on my head. I wore a bun/knottish updo on the back of my head...very simple and classic. Nothing too crazy because my dress was very detailed so I kept my hair simple. I wore my fingertip layer veil all night. I actually had it sewn on to my headpiece so it would stay right all night. I loved my veils..made me feel like a bride.
I am not sure I have any good pictures scanned here at work. If I find some, I will post it.

I bought it at Kleinfeld...it's by Mirabella Bridal.
I didn't even want this one, when she took it off the shelf I said no way....and she said 'trust me'....and I picked it!
I can really wear it either way, but I prefer waterfall because of the height of this tiara. I didn't want to be over the top, and the veil being right up against it really takes it down a bit...but it just sparkles and sparkles.
I really have no idea how to wear my hair. My hair is straight, brown, and straight. And I have bangs. I'm having a verrrry hard time deciding!!

Ok..you can kind of see the bun and the veil here. I actually wanted the bun a little lower but my hair didn't want it that way (little too short).
I think this is the one jenn likes..shows both of my veils.
