Watermill
That's where we're having our wedding in June!!! Loved it as soon as I saw it from the outside. Service was great when we were looking at it. They were really busy in January, so b/c we had to wait for more than 10 minutes to see a banquet mgr, they offered us to sit at the bar for drinks on the house. I couldn't get the same price that I got anywhere else, when you compare the reputation and what you get. My only problem is that they don't do food tasting (unless you pay to eat at the restaurant). But, IMO, I trust that the food will be excellent, so I wasn't too bothered. The other thing is that the party planner tries to get you to use the house vendors (but I guess other halls to this too). Did you check them out yet?? It's a beautiful place, are you getting married in a church/temple?

I LOVE the Watermill. Excellent food. Have been to a couple of weddings/parties there...always GREAT. Their wedding planner, Samantha is the best!! People who I know who have gotten help from her over the years, feel she actually CARES, and does recommend good venders and offer good ideas for your planning.

Loved it, we had our reception there last Sept. We are still receiving compliments on our choice. Read my review or ask about anything specific.

We're getting married there on April 20th.....
We found Samantha to be annoying. We picked our own vendors. Everyone has an opinion I guess! Lisa

We booked the Watermill for our Sept.27,2002 wedding. I liked them better than almost all of the 15 other places I looked at. The only place I would have rather have had was Lands End. My wedding is too small for them, I couldn't meet the min. and didn't want to pay for food not being eaten.

We are getting married there July 2003 and couldnt be happier with our decision. I have never heard a bad thing about them. We looked at 10 other halls after the Watermill and still went back to them.

I had my wedding at the Watermill in July. And I`m STILL lurking on these boards. LOL. It was fabulous. We did not use Samantha but we did use M+V Limos and Jeffrey Studios. Both were excellent although I found the photographers VERY intrusive. You cannot go wrong with Scotto brothers. I`m still recieving compliments!Welcome New Vendors
