How many people are you having in this room?

What is the official max??

I don't remember... and my numbers are a-climbing! LOL

We are having 125 i think the max is 170 but they have to take out tables for bands i think so thatll make it a little lower

Eesh! Thanks ladies. I thought I read on other posts that it was upwards of 200.... but I guess I am wrong!!

Im having around 130 and told them it might be upwards of 175 or so and they said it wouldnt be a problem. Dont know the max off hand though.

Our min is 145, but I thought the max was around 200. I could be wrong. I don't remember.

We were told the max is 14 tables of 14 which would be 196 people.

you can fit more..there tables can hold 8-14 per table as they are oval..but i would want my guests to have some elbow room and not pack 14 per table..

we're trying to keep it to our min of 100 but it will probably be over with some kids and the vendors all added in after that...we're trying to keep it 8-10 per table...
