Does anyone know if they charge per person for a vendor? We have an wight piece band - is that 8 people at the rate we got?? I heard somewhere that places charge you for that. How about kids? Thanks!

They only charge you full price if you do not meet your min if you meet your min it is the same as a child meal (I not positive just pretty sure. )

I paid 2/3 the price for vendors and children after I met my minimum. This was one of the only things about the Watermill that bothered me, since many other halls only charge 1/2.

I paid the same as Nina, BUT we didn't feed our band.
Our wedding was a Friday night and we did not use the band for the cocktail hour so they didnt start until 9:00. I figured they would normally have had their dinner by then so I asked their manager (Franklin Wayne) if the band would prefer a dinner or a larger gratuity. Im sure you know what the answer was. The band leader told me at the end of the evening that Watermill offered them a selection from our cocktail hour. So it worked out great for all. Watermill did an excellent job you have nothing to worry about with them.
