I am trying to choose a reception site, and I am planning from Massachusetts, having my sister and mom do a lot of my hunting around. I've seen a couple of places myself, but right now I need your help between THE WATERMILL in smithtown, and TIMBER POINT in Great River. There will be about 150 guests and it will be in the summer. let me know what you think!!! I'm brand new to this, so any help is appreciated :)

Actually, the Watermill only has two weddings at a time on different floors and they have staggered start times

I vote Timber Point- 1 wedding at a time...close to the water, prob. a better price.

I didnt realize they stager their start times for WM. That is cool. I just know that a wedding I went to in October, we were sharing a bathroom up stairs with a retirement party and a sweet 16. However it was a nice place (the watermill)

I would say Timber Point because of the beautiful views. I was in a wedding at TP last September and we took pictures outside and the backdrop is beautiful and you can see the water.
