Wax or shave

Besides my eyebrows and upper lip I've never waxed any OTHER areas b4. Was thinking of just doing a bikini wax b4 the wedding... Not ready for the Brazilian

Anyone done this b4? Where's a good place? what do you need to do b4 hand like not shave for a certain amount of time?

In all honesty, I got waxed every month before my wedding, and it lasted only a week. So, for the wedding, I just decided to have my underarms waxed and that lasted over 3 weeks, and I shaved the day of the rehearsal.

Whenever I went to the salon, they recommended not shaving for 3-4 weeks depending on how long/fast it takes your hair to full regrow in. It needs to be at least 1/4' long for a good wax.

When I did get waxed right before the wedding, I took a LIW recommendation for Bocu Salon in Commack on Jericho Turnpike (although it could also be considered Dix Hills).

If you have any questions, feel free to fm me.
