Waxing eyebrows
Re: Waxing eyebrows
Depends if you get them waxed often or not. I'd do a trial earlier, even now if you want, and keep careful watch on how long it takes for the redness and swelling (that some people get) to go down. I get mine done fairly often and that stuff is gone by the next day for me but I'm still getting them done 3 days beforehand, not the day before.
Re: Waxing eyebrows
I would go 3 - 5 days before. And I agree if you normally dont get them waxed go and test it out first to make sure you dont have any type of reaction.
Re: Waxing eyebrows
i get them waxed but not as often as i should.

Re: Waxing eyebrows
MY nail place now advertises wax for sensitive skin. I don't know if this really makes a difference or not but it wouldn't hurt to ask.
Re: Waxing eyebrows
definately do it as many days before as you can!! FMIL just waxed her upper lip... which she does all the time, but for some reason, part of her skin got ripped off... not pretty!!

Re: Waxing eyebrows
don't have them waxed. You should have them plucked. It will irritate you less and it is also more precise.
Re: Waxing eyebrows
I was thinking about this too recently. Do a test before. I usually break out around the waxed area about 3 days after the waxing and obviously don't want that before my weding so I will do it about a week before or whatever my next test dictates.
Re: Waxing eyebrows
I went two days before!!
Re: Waxing eyebrows
Jacqueline Nicole plucked & shaped my eyebrows four days before my wedding.
Re: Waxing eyebrows
I'm going a minimum of 3 days before. My swelling/redness usually subsides within a day but I'd rather be safe than sorry.
