So I haven't gotten my eyebrows waxed in years and have never done threading.
Wondering what you girls would suggest I do?

Does it irritate your skin like waxing done? Have any recommendations of where I could go?

Nope, does not irriate, although if I were you, I would do it a few days before your wedding in case you have a reaction (you NEVER know!) I go to Asha Threading Salons. The one on Bell Blvd in Bayside (Queens) is very good!

Threading lasts longer and IMO it looks better. I do waxing because threading hurts me wayy too much and my eyes get very red and irritated.

Waxing doesnt hurt as much as threading IMO. Plus I wax my eyebrows every month or so thats how long it lasts.

Re: Waxing vs threading
When I get them threaded they do such a better job than when I get them waxed. My skin never gets irritated from either, just a little red that lasts about 15 mins.
I used to go to a place in Levittown for threading on Gardners Ave called Pooja salon, they did an awesome job

Re: Waxing vs threading
I like threading over waxing. It looks much better and I have very light skin and it does not bother my skin as much.

Re: Waxing vs threading
highly recommend threading and have been doing it for years. it is a bit ore painful than waxing, but definitely lasts longer and leaves a cleaner line/is more/precise. where do you live? there are a ton of great threading salons here in the city. good luck!
