WCC CEREMONY REHEARSAL & TIME OF ARRIVAL???

I was wondering if anyone had their ceremony at wcc since you can't have a rehearsal at the place what you did?? Did you still have a Rehearsal dinner?
Also, my ceremony starts at 7:30 there, invites at 7pm. What time was everyone allowed in. i know theres probably a party before so i dont know how early we will be able to get in to take pics? do you have to wait until the other wedding is completely gone?
