Are we allowed to use our own florist??
At my initial meeting, they gave me the lsit of suggested vendors but said it was optional. I just noticed on the prospectus sheet that it says that for floral needs i must use one of their own florist..Can any of you other WCC confirm this,? I just called the WCC but i think they were closed.. Thanks

I got married there and used an outside florist, I can't imagine you can't use your own.....

You can use your own florist, we are. They prefer someone who has done it before b/c they know the drill and they have to have at least the min. insurance policy. Have your florist contact them to go over the set-up / break-down drill and to file their certificate of liability insurance.

ohhh i forgot about that insurance..
I was going to have my uncle do all my centerpieces, who is a florist, but he just moved here to US from another country and he wanted to do the centerpieces as a gift.

ye i asked about that when I booked them lol u can use other florists
