Congrats!!! Grand Caymay is great!!! It's been a while since I've been there, but it was such a wonderful place. You must go to 'Hell', the turtle farm, and go see the blow holes. Also, there was a restaurant at the Hyatt Regency that was right on the beach. It was fabulous!
