We finally made it!!!!

This time last year, our wedding reception had just ended and we were saying good-bye to our guests who stayed till the end!!!

DH and I got home from Newport, RI around 2:30pm We stopped in Mystic on the way home and we loved our anniversary trip. I'll post pictures once I find my camera in all of our bags!!!

I just finished making (and eating) spaghetti and sausage for our dinner and we just ate our new anniversary cake - the bakery in Brentwood was nice enough to replicate the cake for us to enjoy since we didn't have any left over from the wedding. YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And we have enough to enjoy for a few more nights!!!

And DH really got me. I bought him hockey tickets as an anniversary gift, he got me.............


Toilet Paper I'm not joking!!!

He said 'The tradition is paper!'

But he surprised me again with a beautiful butterfly shaped necklace made with saphires & diamonds since we got married in Sept. and that's the stone for that month.

I feel like I'm in heaven all over again!!!!!

Love the toilet paper, I remember the joke!! You should put it on the shelf in your BR and tell him it has too much sentimental value for you to ever use. Or maybe only when you're mad at him!!
