And I'm not feeling too optimistic. I keep telling myself that if it doesn't work out, there is always something better out there. It's so hard to think that way especially since we're so close and this house was perfect. Maybe it's not perfect enough

yay!!! thats sooo awesome! congrats! are you guys definately getting it?
We're getting an inspector in there to check it out! FH's grandfather was in construction his whole life so he checked it out prior to any offer and said it was good. We know one thing won't pass inspection and the seller will have to fix it.
