And I'm not feeling too optimistic. I keep telling myself that if it doesn't work out, there is always something better out there. It's so hard to think that way especially since we're so close and this house was perfect. Maybe it's not perfect enough

Thank you ladies! I really appreciate all the positive thoughts you were passing to me! It was so hard. I was so afraid the seller was going to say no. Now I know we have a lot to do still and nothing is set in stone. But I can't believe it!!!!!
