It's Orange County, NY! Right across the river from Westchester and right about Rockland.

Re: We made a offer...
One of my childhood friends moved up there- the Washingtonville High School is very pretty...I had a visitors pass for 2 days and went to school with her. I didn't know that they had new construction there-if you don't mind, what's the ball park on prices? Congrats! looks great!

Thanks that great to hear. Most of the houses we looked at were in the middle to high $400,000. Which isnt that bad for the square footage.
