I see these houses people get off LI and it makes me want to move- you get so much more for your money!
that house looks huge and I bet so nice and spacious- It would be double on LI!

Thanks that great to hear. Most of the houses we looked at were in the middle to high $400,000. Which isnt that bad for the square footage.
That's a great price, new construction near me is up at a million and you don't get the house size or land...at least it's NYC taxes and what used to be District 26 schools (before they re-numbered the districts- that's the best in NYC). ENJOY!!
