We picked out appliances...

We had to get the exact measurements of a new fridge before we could get exact measurements for cabinets so we decided to pick out everything this weekend. So we figured we might as well look for all the new applicances. Still need to check around for any horror stories and such, but these were our favorites. And they all match!

Just sharing. We were just looking this weekend so that was fun (im guessing paying for them will not be as exciting)

Anyone order their appliances from sears? What were your experiences?

I have used Sears in the past ... not for appliances but for other big items. I worked there in high school too ... I think you are in safe hands. They have a good rep and they also live by the customer is always right motto!

We bought our appliances (refrigerator, dish washer, stove) from Sears and had no problems at all.

My parents buy their appliances from Sears all the time and find everything to be good from the delivery to replacement parts (although customer service on the phone may be annoying but that could be any company), to everything being on time when expected.

I LOVE dealing with Sears. You can negiaote the price too! I do all the time!!! Especially if you are ordering this much at one time. Make sure he/she gives you a deal.....and free delivery.

I think Sears is a good place to get appliances...and other big items...

my mom negotiates the price all the time...they will almost always give you at least 10% off...

what brand are they Stef...i jsut found out that we are getting GE stainless...

Very nice choices Stef. I have all GE appliances. They are probably all 8 to 10 years old and they are still kicking.

Sears will match a competitor's price as well! I bought FH a portable DVD for his birthday and found it cheaper somewhere else and they refunded me the difference.

I love your appliances!

We bought our appliances at Sears (stove, dishwasher and refrigerator at the same time), and not only did they match the competition's prices, they gave it to us interest free for a year!
