need to stop outsourcing.. im so fkn sick and tired of calling insurance companies only to end up speaking to 'stan' and 'peter' who are CLEARLY NOT STAN AND PETER!
no1 speaks english!! they all read out of manuals.. i have yelled at 3 reps so far and my blood pressure is thru the roof.. god help me if i get a wrinkle or gray hair... im suing
