Yay!! We went to contract on our house and it is exactly what I wanted and where I wanted. I love it so much and I want to move in it right away...unfortunately we have to wait until mid-July for closing.!!! I have pictures...maybe Ill attach them later...Im just sooo excited!!!! My Fh will move in in July and then I will move in after we get married in November. ETA: I forgot to say where....its in Williston Park.

The closing is so far off because the current owners have to wait to get into their new house. The amount of time really depends on what the parties agree too. They couldnt do a sooner one because then they would be homeless so that was one of their stipulations which we agreed to. We already had the inspections done, and signed the contract. Now like 2 or 3 days before closing we do an informal inspection ourselves to make sure everything still works, etc and then we close on it and its ours in mid-July.
